SPSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tinggi Murni Sdn Bhd (“TMSB”) which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOPD.
Dynamic Degree Sdn Bhd (“DDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern & Oriental Berhad (“E&O”) has an indirect interest in Fututech by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through EOPD.
E&O has an indirect interest in Fututech by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through DDSB and EOPD. |
