Fututech Berhad ("Fututech") wishes to inform that information on two (2) substantial shareholders of Fututech, namely, Chia Kwoon Meng and Loo Soo Loong, who then held 5,798,700 shares and 5,560,000 shares, respectively, was inadvertently left out from the list of substantial shareholders on item 5.5 on pages 19 and 20 of the Circular to Shareholders dated 7 June 2011.

Notwithstanding the above said omission, the Company believe the same has no bearing on the voting rights of the shareholders and has no effect on the voting pattern of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company is in the process of working out an errata on the proforma effects of the Proposed Rights Issue on the substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company which will be announced once completed.
