We refer to the announcements dated 4 May 2011, 3 June 2011, 7 June 2011, 29 June 2011, 6 July 2011 and 18 July 2011 in relation to the Rights Issue. On behalf of the Board, OSK is pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur had on 18 July 2011 granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. The sealed order was extracted on 19 July 2011 and an office copy of order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Capital Reduction to take effect. | |
