We refer to the announcements dated 4 May 2011, 3 June 2011, 7 June 2011, 29 June 2011 and 6 July 2011 in relation to the Rights Issue. On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that the Controller of Foreign Exchange (Bank Negara Malaysia) had vide its letter dated 14 July 2011 (which was received on 18 July 2011), approved the issuance of additional Warrants 2007/2017 to non-resident warrant holders of Fututech pursuant to the adjustments made to the Warrants 2007/2017 as a result of the Rights Issue. | |
