Description	FUTUTECH BERHAD (“FUTUTECH” OR “THE COMPANY”) (I) CAPITAL REDUCTION; AND (II) RIGHTS ISSUE (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “PROPOSALS”)
The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 4 May 2011 in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcements dated 4 May 2011, 3 June 2011, 7 June 2011, 29 June 2011, 6 July 2011, 18 July 2011 and 19 July 2011 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur confirming the Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 28 July 2011, upon which the Capital Reduction shall take effect. Shareholders of Fututech should take note that the Capital Reduction does not affect the number of ordinary shares or rights attaching to the ordinary shares held by them. All the ordinary shares of Fututech standing to the credit of the securities account of Fututech’s shareholders shall not be affected, except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary share of Fututech from RM1.00 to RM0.50. The share price of Fututech will not be adjusted pursuant to the Capital Reduction. This announcement is dated 28 July 2011.
