Further to the announcement made on 25 October 2011, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that based on the Company’s Records of Depositors as at 17 November 2011, the public shareholding spread of Fututech Berhad ("Fututech") was 21.44%, which is below the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

On 25 October 2011, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had granted the Company an extension of time from 19 October 2011 to 19 January 2012, to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

As at the time of this announcement, Fututech has yet to finalise its rectification plan to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

The Company will make further announcements on the rectification plan once the same is finalised.
