Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 October 2011, 25 October 2011, 21 November 2011, 18 January 2012 and 19 January 2012 in relation to the above.

Based on the Company’s Record of Depositors as at 26 January 2012, the public shareholding spread of Fututech Berhad (“Fututech” or “Company”) was 25.00% hence the Company has complied with paragraph 8.02 (1) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements (“Bursa Securities”) (“Public Shareholding Spread Requirement”).

Bursa Securities after taking into consideration the circumstances including the fact that Fututech has complied with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement as at 26 January 2012, has vide its letter dated 2 February 2012, granted Fututech an extension of time from 20 January 2012 until 26 January 2012 for the compliance with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.
