Reference is made to the announcement on 15 September 2015 in relation to, inter-alia, the Proposed Acquisitions (Announcement).

(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.)

The Board wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from Fututech Berhad to Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (Proposed Change of Name). Following the completion of the Proposed Acquisitions, the construction earnings of the Group will be further entrenched, in view that the Target Companies have confirmed construction order book amounting RM2.74 billion. The construction business of the Target Companies has over the years being spearheaded by Datuk Tee under the brand name of Kerjaya Prospek, with notable projects completed including St. Mary Residences @ KLCC, Dua Residency @ KLCC, Lumina Kiara @ Mont Kiara, Quayside Condominiums, Seri Tanjung Pinang, Penang and The Shore @ Malacca River. Hence, the Proposed Change of Name is to enable the Company to leverage on Kerjaya Prospek brand name and to create synergy amongst its brand and construction business moving forward.

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later.
