The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("KPM"), had today acquired a 70% equity interest in a company known as Future Rock Sdn. Bhd. ("Future Rock") represented by 70 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a total cash consideration of RM70.00. The remaining 30% equity interest is held by Sierra Hallmark Sdn. Bhd.

Future Rock was incorporated on 3 February 2016. The present authorised share capital of Future Rock is RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 shares of RM1.00 each ("Shares") of which 100 Shares are fully paid-up.　　

Future Rock is principally engaged in construction related businesses.

The aforesaid acquisition would not have a material effect on the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.

None of the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and persons connected to the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovesaid transactions.
