Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (formerly known as Fututech Berhad) ("Company") is proposing to seek its shareholders’ approval for the renewal of shareholders’ mandate on Recurrent Related Party Transactions at a general meeting to be convened.

A circular setting out the detail of the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate on Recurrent Related Party Transactions will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
