The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that Bazarbayu Sdn. Bhd. (“BYSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerjaya, had on 6 May 2016 entered into two (2) Sale and Purchase Agreements with Director and/or persons connected to Directors of the Company for the sale of two (2) units of service apartment under BYSB’s development project known as Vista Residences @ Genting Highlands, in Mukim and Daerah Bentong, Negeri Pahang (“Sale”).
