Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2015, 6 October 2015, 18 December 2015, 28 December 2015, 20 January 2016, 22 March 2016 and 30 March 2016  (“Announcements”) as well as the circular to the shareholders of Kerjaya dated 29 December 2015 (“Circular”) in relation to, inter-alia, the Private Placement.
