The Board of Directors of Fututech Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the Company had on 29 May 2012 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Bazarbayu Sdn. Bhd. ("Bazarbayu"), representing 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Bazarbayu for a total consideration of RM2.00.

Bazarbayu was incorporated on 12 January 2012 and is currently a dormant company. The intended business activity of Bazarbayu is investment holding.

The aforesaid acquisition would not have a material effect on the Company's consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and persons connected to the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above said acquisition.
