The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Kerjaya" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received a notice from Amazing Parade Sdn Bhd, being holder of the Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS"), to covert 30,650,000 RCPS into 30,650,000 new ordinary shares ("Shares") in Kerjaya ("RCPS Conversion").

The total number of listed Shares after the RCPS Conversion (including the Shares to be listed from the notice of conversion of warrants received to-date) is 560,293,133 Shares.
