The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval on renewal of share buy-back authority at the Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced.
A statement setting out the details of the above proposal will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
