This is to notify that Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") has received notification from Datuk Tee Eng Ho, Datin Toh Siew Chuon, Tee Eng Seng, Khoo Siong Kee and Lim Kien Lai @ Lim Kean Lai, Directors of the Company (collectively referred to as "Said Directors") that they intend to deal in the securities of the Company during the coming closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2018, which closed period will be commencing from 28 April 2018.
