This is to notify that Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") has received notification from Datuk Tee Eng Ho, Datin Toh Siew Chuon, Tee Eng Seng, Khoo Siong Kee, Lim Kien Lai @ Lim Kean Lai, Datuk Mohamed Razeek bin Md Hussain Maricar and Professor Datuk Dr. Nik Mohd Zain bin Nik Yusof, Directors of the Company (collectively referred to as "Said Directors") that they intend to deal in the securities of the Company during the coming closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2018, which closed period will be commencing from 31 July 2018.
