We refer to the announcement made on 11 October 2018 in relation to the Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (“Kerjaya” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the completion of the SSA took place on 10 January 2019 with the payment of the remaining balances of the Purchase Consideration and Vendor’s Advances by Bazarbayu to the Vendor totalling RM9,718,481.47.
Consequential thereof, Bazarbayu will become the owner of the Sale Shares (i.e. 90% equity interest of YLSB).
