The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a single tier final dividend of 2 sen for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 to the shareholders for approval at the Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting (“35th AGM”) to be convened on a date to be announced. The entitlement and payment date for the aforesaid final dividend will be announced at a later date.
Subject to the shareholders’ approval being obtained at the 35th AGM, the proposed final dividend will brings the Company’s total dividend payout for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 to 31.1% of the profit after taxation (“PAT”) which is 6.1% above the Company’s dividend policy of 25% of PAT.
