The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 2 January 2020 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Kerjaya Property Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Kerjaya Prospek Property Sdn. Bhd.), a company owned by Datuk Tee Eng Ho and  Mr. Tee Eng Seng, the major shareholders and Directors of the Company, for the acquisition of two (2) pieces of freehold agriculture lands for a total purchase consideration of RM10,011,110.00, detailed as follows:-

1. All that piece of freehold agriculture land held under individual title no. GM 3564, Lot 698 in the Mukim of Serendah, Daerah Hulu Selangor and State of Selangor measuring approximately 3.1869 hectare; and

2. All that piece of freehold agriculture land held under individual title no. GM 3565, Lot 703 in the Mukim of Serendah, Daerah Hulu Selangor and State of Selangor measuring approximately 1.1255 hectare.
