The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the request for suspension for the trading of the Company’s securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 13 January 2020.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of the Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities in view that the Company intends to make a material announcement.
