The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Propsek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company has applied and been granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("36th AGM").

The Board of Directors of the Company will determine the appropriate date to hold the 36th AGM of the Company and make the necessary announcement on the notice of the 36th AGM in due course.
