The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") is pleased to propose a final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 to the shareholders for approval at the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced.

The entitlement and payment date for the aforesaid final dividend will be announced at a later date.
