The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval on the Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced.

A Circular to Shareholders which sets out the detail of the above proposal will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
