Mr. Tee Eng Tiong ("Mr. Tee") is the Project Director of Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. since 2015. He is a member of Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Mr. Tee holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil - Construction Management) and a Master of Engineering (Civil - Construction Management) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He started his career as a Site Engineer in Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 2002, where he began his involvement in the construction industry and progressed as a Project Engineer in 2004.

He has more than 18 years working experience in the construction industry, specifically in high rise building and has delivered successful projects within time and cost to clients' satisfaction, for projects worth more than RM4.5 billion in total, in Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru. His full time commitment and focus using construction management strategies has mold him to possess extensive technical knowledge and technique, in addition for the proven ability to implement and complete projects in specific timeline, requirements and standards.

Mr. Tee Eng Tiong is the brother of Datuk Tee Eng Ho and Mr. Tee Eng Seng as well as a brother-in-law to Datin Toh Siew Chuon, the spouse of Datuk Tee Eng Ho. 

Datuk Tee Eng Ho, Mr. Tee Eng Seng and Datin Toh Siew Chuon are directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad and controlling shareholders of both, Amazing Parade Sdn. Bhd. and Egovision Sdn. Bhd., the major shareholders of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad.
