The Board of Directors of Fututech Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, FutuProp Sdn. Bhd. had on 28 August 2013 acquire two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Segi Rancak Sdn. Bhd. (“SRSB”), representing 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of SRSB for a total consideration of RM2.00.

SRSB was incorporated on 28 May 2013 and is currently dormant. The intended business activity of SRSB is investment holding.

The aforesaid acquisition would not have a material effect on the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.

None of the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and persons connected to the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovesaid matter.
