The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval to amend its Constitution of the Company at the annual general meeting to be convened on a date to be announced. The proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company will be circulated together with the notice of the annual general meeting to the shareholders of the Company.
