We refer to our announcement on 27 November 2012 with respect to the receipt of Letter of Award (“LA”) and Supplementary Letter of Award (“SLA”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of Fututech Berhad (“Fututech” or the “Company) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned sub-subsidiary company, Ace Equity Sdn Bhd has on 29 November 2012 accepted the LA and SLA granted by Meridian Score Sdn Bhd (“MSSB”) as described in the said announcement.

Further details on the acquisition of two (2) units of courtyard villas of the Project from MSSB under the SLA will be announced upon signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Deed of Mutual Covenants.
