The Company wishes to advise the Exchange that:-
(1) There is no material development in the Company’s business and affairs not previously disclosed to the Exchange.
(2) The Company is not aware of any impending change in the major shareholders.
(3) The Company is not aware of any other reasons that would account for the unusual market activity in the trading of the Company’s shares.
The Company is not aware of any rumour or report (true or false) which contains information which has or likely to have an effect on the trading of the Company’s shares.
The Company declares that none of the listed situations/events in section 334 of the KLSE’s Listing Requirements have contributed to the unusual market activities in the Company’s shares during the period in question.
