We wish to inform that there is no significant event or material development in the Company's business and affairs that has not been previously disclosed to the Exchange. In addition, there are no other reasons, in our knowledge, to account for the unusual market action and that none of the situations/events listed pursuant to Section 335 of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Listing Requirements contributed to the unusual market action.
We also wish to inform that as at todate, we have not received any notification in relation to Sections 69E(1), 69F(1) or 69G(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 with regards to the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders.
