Description ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD AMOUNTING TO RM357.3 MILLION FROM BBCC DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD IN RESPECT OF CONTRACT WORKS FOR THE PROJECT ON PART OF LOT PT143 SEKSYEN 56 AT JALAN HANG TUAH/JALAN PUDU, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN, KUALA LUMPUR

1.INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd ("KPMSB") has on 12 April 2018 accepted a letter of award for Superstructure S2 (Parcel 3) main building works ("LA") from BBCC Development Sdn Bhd ("BBCC"), an unrelated third party property developer, in respect of main building works for a proposed mixed development project located on part of Lot PT143 Seksyen 56 at Jalan Hang Tuah/Jalan Pudu, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur ("Contract").
The contract sum for the Contract is Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Fifty Seven Million and Three Hundred Thousand Only (RM357,300,000.00) ("Contract Sum").
The Contract is expected to commence on 23 April 2018 and to be completed within 36 months from the commencement date.
2.DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract covers the construction of main building works for the project, which comprises one (1) block of eight (8) storey car park podium with connection from parcel to parcel, a six (6) storey car park and two (2) towers of high-rise buildings of thirty-five (35) and  forty-seven (47) storey each, with a total of 666 units service apartments to be built on part of Lot PT143, Seksyen 56 at Jalan Hang Tuah/Jalan Pudu, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur.
3.INFORMATION ON BBCC
BBCC is the developer of the Bukit Bintang City Centre. It holds a portfolio of residential, commercial, park and garden, retail, hotel, concert hall, and other developments in Malaysia.
4.RATIONALE
It further enlarges the Group's order book and is expected to provide a steady stream of revenue for the Group over the next three (3) years.
5.FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the Group.
The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial years ending 2018 to 2021.
6.INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS AND CONNECTED PERSON
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
