We refer to your lettter dated 11 July 2001.
We wish to advise that the difference in the group’s profit after taxation for the year ended 31 December 2000 is as follows:-

There was a computation error in the calculation for deferred taxation. There should be a charge of RM443,000 instead of a write back of RM972,000.

We refer to your Company's Annual Report 2000 received on 25 April 2001.
We note that the group's profit after taxation for the year ended 31 December
2000 amounts to RM7,848,000.
However, your Company's announcement of unaudited results dated 28 February
2001 showed a consolidated profit after taxation and minority interest of
RM9,263,000 for the abovementioned financial year.
In accordance with the Exchange's Listing Requirements, kindly furnish the
Exchange immediately with your detailed explanation of the above difference for
public release.
