We refer to the announcements dated 29 September 2014, 14 October 2014, 15 October 2014, 6 November 2014, 26 November 2014 and 29 December 2014 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Share Premium Reduction and Par Value Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 5 January 2015, upon which the Share Premium Reduction and Par Value Reduction shall take effect and hence deemed completed. The shareholders of the Company should note that the Par Value Reduction does not affect the number of and the rights attached to the existing Shares held by them. All Shares held in the securities account of the shareholders of the Company shall be unaffected, except for the reduction in their par value from RM0.10 to RM0.05 per Share. This announcement is dated 6 January 2015.
