The Board of Directors of Key ASIC Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Amendments to the Object Clause at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened. The details of the Proposed Amendments to the Object Clause will be incorporated into the Company's 2014 Annual Report and the Notice of the Company's AGM which will be issued in due course to the shareholders. |
