The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has resolved to extend its existing ESOS which is expiring on 29 November 2016 for another five (5) years until 28 November 2021 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS Bye-Laws. This extension is not subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and the shareholders of the Company. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
