The Board of Directors of Key ASIC Berhad ("Key ASIC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that as at 20 February 2012 and 10 April 2012 the actual value of a Recurrent Related Party Transaction ("RRPT") entered into by the Company has exceeded the estimated value as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 26 May 2011 by 10% or more. Further details are provided in Table A below:-
The difference for the variation between the Estimated Value of RRPT and the Actual Value was mainly due to purchasing the following which is integral and part of the ordinary course of business:- EDA Tools - RM300,000 | |||||||||||
