On behalf of Key ASIC, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 19 June 2017, resolved to grant the Company a further extension until 16 June 2017 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement. The Private Placement has been completed with the listing of the 6th and final tranche of 38,938,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 16 June 2017.
