The Board of Directors of Key ASIC Berhad wishes to inform that the Company had received a Notice of Nomination dated 27 September 2017 from Eg Kah Yee, a shareholder of the Company, for the nomination of Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Morison Anuarul Azizan Chew and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors ("Proposed Change of Auditors").

The Proposed Change of Auditors will be tabled for the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
