We refer to the announcements made on 2 October 2018, 11 October 2018, 12 October 2018, 23 November 2018 and 2 January 2019 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had on 13 February 2019 granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction. The sealed order will be extracted and an office copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect. The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course. This announcement is dated 13 February 2019. |
