We refer to the announcements made on 2 October 2018, 11 October 2018, 12 October 2018, 23 November 2018, 2 January 2019 and 13 February 2019 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with Companies Commission of Malaysia on 18 February 2019. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 18 February 2019. This announcement is dated 19 February 2019. |
