We refer to our announcement dated 22 January 2020 in relation to the change of auditors of Key ASIC Berhad ("Key ASIC" or "the Company").
The Board of Key ASIC wishes to announce that the Company has on 12 February 2020 received the consent letter dated 12 February 2020 from Messrs CAS Malaysia PLT to act as auditors of the Company. Hence, Messrs CAS Malaysia PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company.
