Koon Holdings Limited ("KNH") is an investment holding company incorporated in Singapore with listings on both the ASX and SGX Mainboard (previously SGX Catalist). The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 9 April 2003 as Koon Holdings Private Limited and was converted into a public company on 14 April 2003 and changed to its current name.
