The principal activities of Great Paddy Pte Ltd are general trading and investment holding. Great Paddy Pte Ltd is authorised to issue a maximum of 50,000 no par value shares of a single class. The subscription of 1 share at USD1.00 by LTHB in Great Paddy Pte Ltd is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of LTHB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
