The Board of Directors of LTHB wishes to announce that Uptown Promenade Sdn Bhd and Rhong Khen Industries Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned subsidiaries of LTHB, have on 8 October 2014 executed a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Hai Ming Industries Sdn Bhd and a Supplementary SPA with I'Kranji Industries Sdn Bhd respectively to acquire a freehold industrial land held under Lot 765, Jalan Haji Sirat, Off Jalan Meru, 42100 Klang, Selangor comprising a 3-storey office, a single factory building and ancillary buildings erected thereon ("Property") and all machinery and machinery parts excluding forklifts and lorries in the Property ("Machinery") for cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Nineteen Million Only (RM19,000,000.00) and Ringgit Malaysia Three Million Only (RM3,000,000.00) respectively.
