- Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") to be held on 15 December 2011
Further to our announcement made on 22 November 2011, the Board of Directors of Latitude wishes to inform that the Entitlement Date in the Notice of Dividend Payment of the Notice of the 17th AGM dated 23 November 2011 which read as 17 December 2011 should read as 19 December 2011.  The Notice of Dividend Payment is to read as follows:

 
NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

 
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN THAT the final dividend of 2.0 sen per share (tax exempt) for the financial year ended 30 June 2011, if approved, will be paid on 16 January 2012 to shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 19 December 2011.

 
A Depositor shall qualify for entitlement to the dividend only in respect of:-

 

    a)      Shares transferred to the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.00 p.m. on 19 December 2011 in respect of transfers; and

 
    b)      Shares bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
