The Board of Directors wishes to announce that following the application made to the Registrar of International Business Companies in Brunei Darussalam (the “Registrar”) for the striking off of Linkage Creation International Co. Ltd. (“Linkage Creation”) from the register of companies pursuant to the International Business Companies Order 2000, Linkage Creation had on 28 December 2017 received the notice of striking off from the Registrar (the “Notice”). The Notice confirmed that the name of Linkage Creation has been struck off from the register of companies on 21 December 2017. Linkage Creation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. As a result of the striking off, Linkage Creation has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Linkage Creation was incorporated on 13 April 2007 in Brunei Darussalam with a paid-up share capital of USD1.00. The principal business activity of Linkage Creation is investment holding.

The striking off of Linkage Creation has no material financial and operational impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.

None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, and/or person connected to such director and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid striking off.
