The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Directors has on 30 August 2019 proposed a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The entitlement date and payment date for the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
