LTHB wishes to announce that the Company had decided to discontinue its investment plan in Indonesia, henceforth, an application had been submitted to the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board to wind up PT Latitude Tree, a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of L-Tree Resources Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary the Company ("The Winding Up"). The Winding Up will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of LTHB for the financial year ending 30 June 2013. None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of LTHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Winding Up. The Winding Up is expected to be completed upon the official revocation of PT Latitude Tree's tax ID obtained from Tax Office of Republic of Indonesia. This announcement is dated 14 May 2013. | |
