The Board of Directors of LTHB wishes to announce that Uptown Promenade Sdn. Bhd. ("UPSB" or the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 22 November 2019 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with Goodroad Construction Sdn Bhd ("GCSB" or the "Vendor") for purchase of a freehold industrial land situated at Lot 6102, Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Selangor measuring in approximately 40,469 square metres (the "Land") at a total purchase price of RM29,380,000 only, subject to terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement (the "Transaction").
(UPSB and GCSB are collectively referred to as the "Parties").
