LTHB wishes to announce that the Company’s Annual Report 2020 and Corporate Governance Report 2020 are now available on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at http://www.lattree.com.
In view of the Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) imposed by the Government due to the recent Covid-19 condition in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, the Company will determine an appropriate time for the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (“26th AGM”) of the Company to be held in due course.
The Notice of the 26th AGM of the Company will be announced separately in due course.
Shareholders may download and refer to the digital Annual Report 2020 published in the Company’s website (http://www.lattree.com). Any request for a printed copy of the Annual Report 2020 will be provided upon receipt of the requisition.
